Day in the Life @ SRI:
It is exciting to be part of such a dynamic team. Every day brings new challenges, and conquering those challenges brings reward. It takes an extraordinary organization to create a continuous stream of opportunity. SRI is such a place!

Before SRI:
I was Director of the University of South Florida's Center for Ocean Technology. The Center's mission was to create innovative technology for marine research. The organization provided research and development (engineering) expertise to the College of Marine Science. It also was involved in its own research projects that led to the creation of a microsystems program (MEMS) and programs for high-sensitivity chemical sensing systems, such as underwater mass spectrometry.
